With 15 years of coaching experience in athletics and a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification from British Columbia, I bring both precision and intuition to every session.

My teaching blends mindful technique with heart-led guidance, creating bespoke experiences that restore balance, enhance performance, and nurture lasting well-being.

I work privately with clients virtually and on-site offerings with a refined, restorative approach to Pilates.
