With 15-years of coaching experience in athletics and a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification from British Columbia, I bring both precision, commitment, and intuition to every session.
My teaching blends mindful technique with heart-led guidance, creating bespoke experiences that restore balance, enhance performance, and nurture lasting well-being.
